Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using industry-specific tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize employer branding and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and compliance requirements
