Atain is currently looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as the bridge between our company and potential talent. You will be instrumental in shaping our employer branding, leveraging various digital platforms and networking channels to promote Atain as an attractive place to work. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting with the right people.
Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through diverse channels, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will ensure that our job descriptions are compelling and up-to-date while collaborating with the marketing team to amplify our employer value proposition. By effectively communicating our company culture and values, you will help us attract high-quality candidates who align with Atain's mission. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage platforms that promote Atain as an attractive workplace.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Passion for employer branding and marketing the company culture.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
