Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume active sourcing strategies across major job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes to identify candidates that match specific role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and provide support in employee relations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze sourcing metrics to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or executive search.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational execution.
- Fluency in English and local languages (if applicable).
