Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed job specifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical assessments to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and talent pipeline with accurate data.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and onboarding sessions.
  • Support general HR administration, including policy implementation and maintaining employee records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in Talent Acquisition, HR Executive, or Recruitment roles.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to evaluate technical skill sets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment practices is highly preferred.
