As our HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, manage core HR operations, and drive initiatives that align our workforce with our organizational goals. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and engaging with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality educational and administrative talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes and support leadership in identifying professional development opportunities for staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare monthly analytics reports to track recruitment KPIs and retention metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the education or service sector in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to source and attract talent through various digital platforms and networking strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
