Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for global roles.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct effective phone and video interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate data in the ATS, and ensure timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to enhance employer branding and talent pools.
- Assist in workforce planning and provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruiting, or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of hands-on global hiring experience, specifically within APAC, EMEA, or AMER regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in using HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
