Bytecenture Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your hands-on experience in global hiring across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our diverse client base.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for global roles.
  • Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct effective phone and video interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate data in the ATS, and ensure timely communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to enhance employer branding and talent pools.
  • Assist in workforce planning and provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruiting, or Human Resources.
  • Proven track record of hands-on global hiring experience, specifically within APAC, EMEA, or AMER regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
