Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing and screening to final interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates across diverse industries for international clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their specific organizational needs.
- Utilize various social media platforms, networking events, and professional databases to source passive and active talent.
- Conduct professional candidate interviews and provide detailed assessments to clients.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience throughout the placement process.
- Stay updated on local and international labor market trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or HR consulting; fresh graduates with high potential and a drive for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM tools.
