Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates using advanced recruitment platforms and social channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify talent alignment with role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives across digital and physical platforms
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus hiring campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a candidate-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Must be available for full-time internship (40 hours/week)
