Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing high-potential candidates across various digital platforms and job boards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing calendars for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants who align with company culture and role requirements.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on social media and professional networking sites.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and communication skills.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data management.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to improve our reach to prospective talent.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment trends and talent management strategies.
