Tanggung Jawab
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing high-potential candidates across various digital platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing calendars for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants who align with company culture and role requirements.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on social media and professional networking sites.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and communication skills.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data management.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to improve our reach to prospective talent.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Energetic, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
- A genuine interest in recruitment trends and talent management strategies.
