Join Monee's innovative People Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and dive into the dynamic world of recruitment! This hands-on role offers you the opportunity to shape our talent pipeline while gaining invaluable industry experience. You'll collaborate with seasoned recruiters to source top-tier candidates, optimize hiring workflows, and contribute to building our employer brand in Singapore's competitive tech landscape.
As part of our People Team, you'll learn modern recruitment strategies including passive candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. This internship is designed for aspiring HR professionals who want to develop strategic talent acquisition skills while supporting Monee's mission to revolutionize financial services through exceptional talent.
Our 6-month program provides mentorship, real-world projects, and exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes. You'll gain practical experience in talent mapping, candidate relationship management, and diversity recruitment initiatives – all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values your growth and fresh perspectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers across departments
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems with candidate data and interview feedback
- Assist in developing recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through career page content and social media
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and talent trends
- Collaborate with HR team on employer branding projects and talent strategy initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and talent analytics concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
