SOECHI is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team in Kemayoran, Jakarta Raya. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced corporate environment.
As an intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. You will learn the ins and outs of employer branding, candidate screening, and HR administration. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we want to help you grow your professional network and build a solid foundation in HR!
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal candidate databases.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including preparing onboarding documents for new hires.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by acting as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
