Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for open positions
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Support recruitment events and campus outreach initiatives
- Prepare recruitment analytics reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment workflows and employer branding
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of recruitment principles and labor laws in Indonesia
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR/administration preferred
- Interest in hospitality, culinary, or service industry recruitment
