- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Source and attract top talent through innovative channels including social media, job boards, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Enhance employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Analyze hiring trends and provide actionable insights to leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment expertise
- Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent planning
