As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a dedicated recruitment team, streamline sourcing channels, and implement innovative assessment methods to attract top-tier retail talent. You will partner closely with store operations and HR business partners to forecast hiring demands, reduce time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve hiring targets for store-based positions.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and local partnerships.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment from job profiling to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, manage requisition pipelines, and prioritize critical roles.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Watsons as an employer of choice in the retail sector.
- Implement candidate assessment tools and structured interview guides to enhance selection accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring, preferably in retail, FMCG, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance standards.
