- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement measures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles in the Philippine market
- Expertise in using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
