Gentem Lifelong Learning is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment journey. As we scale our operations in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with our vision of lifelong learning.

In this role, you will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment process but also drive strategic people management initiatives. You will act as a bridge between departmental leads and potential candidates, ensuring that every hire is a perfect match for both skill and cultural fit. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent availability and market trends.
  • Enhance our employer branding efforts to position Gentem Lifelong Learning as an employer of choice in the education industry.
  • Streamline recruitment processes and implement applicant tracking system (ATS) best practices to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
  • Oversee people management functions to ensure high employee engagement and retention from day one.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to present data-backed insights to senior leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, social media sourcing tools, and ATS software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
