Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple departments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent availability and market trends.
- Enhance our employer branding efforts to position Gentem Lifelong Learning as an employer of choice in the education industry.
- Streamline recruitment processes and implement applicant tracking system (ATS) best practices to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Oversee people management functions to ensure high employee engagement and retention from day one.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from entry-level to senior management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, social media sourcing tools, and ATS software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
