Are you a seasoned recruitment leader with a passion for excellence? Carelon is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our recruitment operations during the graveyard shift. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, ensuring that our talent pipeline remains robust, diverse, and aligned with our organizational growth objectives.

As a leader of the TA team, you will not only drive performance metrics but also champion a candidate-centric hiring experience. We are looking for an analytical mind who utilizes data-driven insights to optimize speed-to-hire, improve quality-of-hire, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business volume and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and internal company standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority and niche roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for graveyard shift operations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding within the PH market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment for large-scale operations or BPO environments.
  • Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level leadership.
  • Willingness and ability to work the graveyard shift in Taguig City.
