Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
