Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and facilitate the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment workflow.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates for future vacancies.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to boost our reputation as an employer of choice in Cebu.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer, Recruiter, or similar HR role (at least 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and market trends in Cebu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media for candidate sourcing.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
