You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-potential candidates to conducting initial interviews and streamlining the onboarding process. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and facilitate the candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment workflow.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates for future vacancies.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to boost our reputation as an employer of choice in Cebu.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer, Recruiter, or similar HR role (at least 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and market trends in Cebu.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
