In this key role, you will drive our recruitment initiatives by managing the end-to-end hiring process. Utilizing your background in psychology, you will administer and interpret psychometric assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary cognitive and cultural fit for our organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, source top-tier talent, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Administer psychological tests and assessments, interpreting results to support hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support to candidates and interviewers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve process efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company brand throughout the hiring journey.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in administering and interpreting psychological tests.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
