Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and operational positions
- Source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, industry events, and digital platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate journey and compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical candidates and specialized skill assessments
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
