Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication at every stage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote PT.Global Papua Abadi as an employer of choice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, professional networks).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
