Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements to extending job offers.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
- Provide regular feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
