Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with government offices (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to process employee contributions and government compliance requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, verification, and file maintenance.
- Assist the HR and Legal departments in preparing necessary contracts, employment certificates, and clearances.
- Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel records are maintained.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding kits and welcome materials to new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions or assist in training logistics to facilitate employee integration.
- Ensure all administrative tasks adhere to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Previous experience in HR administration or onboarding is a plus.
