Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networking, and specialized tech platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber fintech and trading professionals.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a seamless, professional, and positive journey from application to onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment channels and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Champion company culture and act as a brand ambassador to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a tech or financial services startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore fintech and trading talent landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics, reporting, and process improvement.
