We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead talent strategies across the Asia-Pacific region for Hogarth Worldwide. As a key member of our global HR team, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment processes, build robust talent pipelines, and partner with senior stakeholders to attract top-tier professionals in creative and production roles. This role requires deep market knowledge and the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies in competitive APAC markets. You'll champion our employer brand while ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, and leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs. - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for APAC region, focusing on creative and production roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for critical positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across business units
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives in APAC markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in APAC talent acquisition
- Proven track record of hiring for creative agencies or production environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across diverse APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
