You'll champion our employer brand while ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, and leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs.   • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for critical positions

  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media recruitment and talent mapping
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies
  • Collaborate with HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives in APAC markets

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in APAC talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of hiring for creative agencies or production environments
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across diverse APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
