Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and position profiles
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interview evaluations
- Manage recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel efficiency
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience implementing recruitment metrics and process improvements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Deep understanding of local talent market dynamics in the Philippines
