Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
