- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to identify passive data talent
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for data scientists, engineers, and analysts across Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles and refine search parameters
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Source candidates for specialized data roles requiring deep technical expertise
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Assist in developing innovative employer branding initiatives for data talent acquisition
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative talent platforms
- Strong background in sourcing for data-related roles (data science, engineering, analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through multi-channel approaches
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex job requirements
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment technology
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
