Offshore Business Processing is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Interns to join our dynamic HR team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field.
In this role, you will assist our recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various positions across our organization. You will be involved in posting job advertisements, searching through job portals, leveraging social media platforms, and exploring employee referral programs to find qualified candidates.
Your responsibilities will include screening and reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications and experience. You will also assist in coordinating interview schedules and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
This internship program is designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding support. You will work closely with our experienced HR professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your learning journey.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Assist in conducting initial phone or video screening interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Support the recruitment team in organizing interviews and recruitment activities
- Prepare recruitment reports, documentation, and candidate summaries as needed
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with social media platforms and online job boards is a plus
