You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from strategic sourcing and talent pipelining to conducting in-depth screenings and managing the seamless offboarding process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and professional-level vacancies.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and initial salary negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and ensure cultural alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring cycle.
- Oversee accurate documentation and data management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing modern sourcing tools, social media recruitment, and job platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
- Highly adaptable and capable of succeeding in a hybrid, fast-paced work environment.
