Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening and in-depth competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and streamline selection criteria.
- Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and implement creative employer branding strategies to attract niche talent.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end hiring workflows and meet aggressive SLAs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong working knowledge of various sourcing platforms and social media recruitment techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume recruitment requirements.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting.
