Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies for therapist, management, and operational roles
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and local job boards
- Conduct structured interviews and skills assessments for technical positions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely candidate progression
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment with business objectives
- Implement diversity initiatives to build inclusive teams across all locations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Onboard new hires with comprehensive orientation programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in service/hospitality sector
- Proven track record of sourcing technical candidates (e.g., therapists, wellness professionals)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Certification in talent acquisition (e.g., CTS) is highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for international candidate screening
