  • Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies for therapist, management, and operational roles
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and local job boards
  • Conduct structured interviews and skills assessments for technical positions
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely candidate progression
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment with business objectives
  • Implement diversity initiatives to build inclusive teams across all locations
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
  • Onboard new hires with comprehensive orientation programs

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in service/hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of sourcing technical candidates (e.g., therapists, wellness professionals)
  • Advanced knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
  • Certification in talent acquisition (e.g., CTS) is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for international candidate screening
