- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication, timely feedback, and transparent processes
- Manage recruitment funnel metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights on compensation trends
- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline and reduce time-to-fill
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience with emphasis in full-cycle talent acquisition
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill roles using Boolean search and sourcing methodologies
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence hiring managers
- Deep understanding of local labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to diverse candidates
- Track record of optimizing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
