Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate competencies using structured methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Indonesian market
- Proven expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Experience in tech or fast-growing industry recruitment preferred
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CIPD) advantageous
