Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Sources and identifies qualified candidates through multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of applicants for future openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and accurately define job requirements.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applications, manage candidate data, and generate recruitment reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a preference for candidates familiar with the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
