Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Sources and identifies qualified candidates through multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of applicants for future openings.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and accurately define job requirements.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applications, manage candidate data, and generate recruitment reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a preference for candidates familiar with the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms.
