Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for open positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- Screen and assess candidates effectively, conducting structured interviews and coordinating assessment centers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and define clear job requirements.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the technology or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
