Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills for recruitment metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
