Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent
- Source and screen candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize HRIS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven situations with competing priorities
