In this fully remote position, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. Your expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipeline management will be crucial in identifying and securing the best candidates for our clients.
We're looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about building relationships and understands the nuances of the recruitment landscape. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates and clients. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for various industries and roles
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and qualifications
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate feedback
- Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipeline management
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of various industries and their talent requirements
