Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates and clients.   • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for various industries and roles
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and qualifications
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate feedback
  • Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes
  • Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipeline management
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese languages (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of various industries and their talent requirements
