Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate briefs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
