Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent
  • Design and execute employee development initiatives to enhance talent capabilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using HRIS and ATS technologies
  • Enhance candidate experience through professional communication and engagement
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS) and HR information systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
  • Experience in developing employee training and development programs
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and implement process improvements
