Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent
- Design and execute employee development initiatives to enhance talent capabilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines
- Optimize recruitment workflows using HRIS and ATS technologies
- Enhance candidate experience through professional communication and engagement
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS) and HR information systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Experience in developing employee training and development programs
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and implement process improvements
