- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and business objectives
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Enhance the employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and executive search
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
