You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and screening to offer negotiations. Beyond daily hiring, you will play a key role in building our employer brand, fostering campus relationships, and organizing engaging career fairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
- Actively engage with local universities and colleges to coordinate campus recruitment events and graduate programs.
- Represent Alpro Pharmacy at career fairs and industry networking events to strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and streamline hiring workflows.
- Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven insights for HR strategy improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for employer branding and community engagement.
