Aroma Prima Livindo is currently seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Cipondoh, Banten. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive our business forward in the competitive fast-moving consumer goods industry.

In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate receives an exceptional experience while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. We value proactive thinkers who are eager to implement creative recruitment strategies and build a robust talent pipeline to support our organizational growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Maintain a clean and updated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Provide candidates with a positive end-to-end experience, upholding the employer brand at every touchpoint.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on recruitment activities and pipeline health for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in professional English.
