As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive our business forward in the competitive fast-moving consumer goods industry.
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate receives an exceptional experience while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define comprehensive job descriptions.
- Maintain a clean and updated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Provide candidates with a positive end-to-end experience, upholding the employer brand at every touchpoint.
- Prepare weekly progress reports on recruitment activities and pipeline health for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and digital recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in professional English.
