Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and salary benchmarking.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data reporting and compliance.
  • Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring proactive communication and a positive impression of the company.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and various social media sourcing channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requisitions without compromising quality.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best practices in HR.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed hiring targets.
