Tanggung Jawab

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing necessary preparation materials.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with schools and recruitment agencies to expand our reach.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring status to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or fast-paced industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations is a plus.
