Tanggung Jawab
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing necessary preparation materials.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with schools and recruitment agencies to expand our reach.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring status to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or fast-paced industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
