Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various departments, ensuring a seamless and timely hiring process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract passive and active talent.
- Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz as an employer of choice in the region.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment metrics to the HR leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an FMCG or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and local labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis and contribute immediately to team objectives.
