- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for e-commerce roles across digital marketing, operations, and customer experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance with <2 week turnaround targets
- Enhance candidate quality through rigorous screening, behavioral assessments, and skills-based evaluations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build interview frameworks
- Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards to identify passive candidates
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and timely feedback loops
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates) to drive process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 2+ years recruitment experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for e-commerce or retail positions
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience with competency-based interviewing and structured assessments
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
