You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, utilize innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
- Maintain an organized talent pipeline and candidate database, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date in the ATS.
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions that attract diverse and qualified applicants.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to improve recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a keen interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional social media platforms.
