As an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, identifying top-tier talent and playing a pivotal role in shaping our company culture. This role is designed as a perfect stepping stone for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, and strategic HR sourcing. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, utilize innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
  • Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Maintain an organized talent pipeline and candidate database, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date in the ATS.
  • Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions that attract diverse and qualified applicants.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to improve recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a keen interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated resilience and a results-oriented approach to achieving hiring targets.
